The Post Alert system is for use by University porters only.

When you first open the Post Alert system, you will see a screen that looks like this:

Clicking on View Colleges toggles on and off a drop-down menu of the University's Colleges.

Viewing Fylde College

To see the incorrectly addressed parcels currently in a College:

  1. Select a College.

  2. Click Incorrectly Addressed Parcels.

 Sending an alert to a student
  1. In the search bar, type the student's name.
    1. To include students living off-campus in the search, click Include off-campus residents.

  2. Next to the student's name, click Alert.

  3. On the Are you sure you would like to alert this person window, click Yes, send alert.

 Recording incorrectly addressed parcels
  1. Click Add Parcel.

  2. Fill in the fields.

  3. Click Done. The parcel will be visible in the College screen.

  1. Click Collection.

  2. Fill in the name of the person who collected the parcel.

  3. Click Done.
