 Autism Awareness

Autism Awareness training is an interactive session looking at strategies to support students with an Autism diagnosis. While we are not Autism specialists, we work with students with an Autism diagnosis daily. This training draws on our experience in sharing strategies for supporting these students.

 Students with Alternative Families

Students with Alternative Families looks at the challenges faced by students who are Carers, Care Leavers, or Estranged from their families. In this session we consider how to identify and support these students, and how to be more inclusive to support those who have not disclosed.

The training lasts 1 hour and works best with small groups of no more than 10.

 Disability Service Awareness

Disability Awareness Training offers an insight into the work done by the Disability Service including ILSPs, alternative assessment arrangements, and what to do if a student discloses a disability to you.

Training is flexible and interactive to suit your needs.
